i got locked out of my on line account. i made 3 calls to online support; two separate women were totally useless and not able to help me at all...very disturbing and disappointing. i made one last call and connected with a man. he was able to correct the problem in just a few minutes. what did he know/do the two previous women couldn't. neither he nor i was able to explain that. i'll let corporate review work on this one. i do know the answer.

UBS has arbitrarily assigned a financial advisor to take charge my money without any communication with me or without my permission. E-mails to the financial advisor Eric B. Idelson are unanswered.
